These terms explain the rules for using mylie.co.uk and for buying our digital products. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Who we are
mylie.co.uk (“Mylie”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides guidance, checklists and digital planners for parents in the early years. You can reach us at hello@mylie.co.uk.
Not medical advice
Everything on Mylie, including our checklists, planner and newsletter, is for general information and support only. It is grounded in publicly available NHS, NCT and Lullaby Trust guidance, but it is not medical advice and is no substitute for professional care. Always speak to your midwife, health visitor, GP or another qualified professional about your own health or your baby’s health. If you have an urgent concern, contact NHS 111 or emergency services. We are not responsible for any decision you make based on our content.
Using the website
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site, copying or redistributing our content without permission, or using it for anything unlawful.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our content and intellectual property
All content on Mylie, including text, checklists, the planner, designs, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may download and use our free and paid materials for your own personal use. You may not resell, republish, share publicly or otherwise commercially exploit them without our written permission.
Free downloads and the newsletter
We offer free resources, such as the newborn checklist, in exchange for your email address. By signing up you agree to receive the resource and our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Buying the digital planner
The First 12 Weeks Planner is a digital product sold for a one-off price of £14.99. When you buy it, you receive a licence to download and use it for your own personal use. Ownership of the intellectual property stays with us.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Prices include any applicable taxes and are shown at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be given access to download the product.
Refunds and your cancellation rights
Because the planner is a digital product delivered immediately, we ask you to agree at checkout that you want instant access and that, by downloading it, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for digital downloads.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is wrong with your purchase, email us at hello@mylie.co.uk and we will put it right.
Links to other sites
Our site and content may link to third-party websites, such as the NHS, NCT or our social media. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Our liability
We provide the site and our products in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site or our content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
